Sisters and chocolate lovers, Yvonne, Melissa and Tanya were born with a sweet tooth. Thanks to hard-working parents who ran a successful family candy business for over 30 years, the girls have evolved their pedigree into the Bruce County Nut & Fudge Co. Yvonne’s got the style making sure their goodies look chic, lovely and thoroughly gift worthy. Melissa’s the trained gourmet who’s always busy bringing new and to-die-for flavours to life. She trained at George Brown Culinary School. She then travelled and worked at the Ritz Carlton as an assistant Pastry chef. And Tanya’s the firecracker who will get you fired up to try everything in store—without regretting one sinful bite.
Their star sensation is a delish twist on the candied apple. The crispest and juiciest granny smith apple is dipped in a secret and oh-so-creamy caramel confection then it’s covered with a coat of Belgian chocolate—which means extra-chocolaty flavour to stir up discerning taste buds. Also try over a dozen flavours of fudge hand turned on marble slabs, anything-but-ordinary coconut cashews, pecans lovingly stirred up in classic copper pots, Chilly Dark Bark (a surprising mix of dark chocolate and chili peppers)…and so much more.
