THAT BAR-B-Q SAUCE has a clean, sweet, and earthy flavor due to the fact that it is made with apple cider vinegar, as opposed to molasses, that gets absorbed by all meats as they are tenderized when marinated. Also, perfect to brush on just prior to removing your dinner from the barbecue. The go-to sauce for steaks and perfect to use in a slow-cooker and with roasted vegetables.
THAT MANGO SAUCE is sweet with heat from fresh Ontario-grown Habanero peppers and is perfect as a marinade for fish, pork tenderloin, and chicken, to barbecue with, and as a condiment for burgers and tacos, as a dressing for Thai salads and coleslaws! Usually, when you make a curry, you use curry paste and masala, but we’ve eliminated that need by creating the completed curry sauce for you. The combination of spices infused into the tomato-base makes your dishes tender, spicy, and tasty. This is the perfect sauce for chicken, lamb, pork, and to braise beef and vegetables in. Our MANGO CHUTNEY is a show favorite that is made from 5 different types of Ontario-grown apples, sweet onions, sweet peppers, raisins, mango pulp, and a nice hint of spice. Perfect as a hostess / host gift for appetizers of cream cheese and/or brie on a cracker; to use with and on white fish, pork chops, chicken, and as a relish for turkey sliders, burgers, sausages and hot dogs.
